Gillian and George’s Spring Wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Gillian and George’s wedding felt like stepping into a dream. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden was showing off that day, with cherry blossoms in full bloom and the whole space buzzing with springtime magic. We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning backdrop to photograph their celebration.

The day started at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge where Gillian was getting ready. The vibe was calm and elegant, and she looked incredible in her dress — timeless and classic with a modern twist. Her whole look was so effortlessly chic, and the energy in the room was full of love and excitement.

They shared their first look out in DUMBO with the bridge and skyline behind them. It was such a sweet moment and a perfect contrast to the soft, romantic garden setting that followed. From there, we made our way to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden just in time to catch the cherry blossoms at peak bloom. Honestly, it looked like a dream.

The ceremony was held inside the iconic glass Palm House. Surrounded by soft florals and natural light pouring in, the whole scene felt intimate and warm. Their vows were heartfelt and sweet, and their kiss under the floral arch made everyone tear up a little.

As the sun began to set, guests moved inside for the reception. The Palm House was glowing with candlelight and white florals, and everything felt so polished without being overdone. Later in the night, Gillian changed into the cutest little white dress for dancing, and the two of them lit up the floor together.

This wedding had all the right energy, romantic, stylish, and full of joy. We had the best time capturing every second of it and are still dreaming about those cherry blossom shots.
